FGW confirm that the team currently installing the help point at Trowbridge station will be moving onto Melksham once they have finished.

The installation of the new help points at Trowbridge & Melksham stations is due to be completed before the weekend. It will then take a further 2-3 weeks before the "full switch-on" occurs.
New help points will also be installed at Dilton Marsh, Warminster and Westbury stations (no date set as yet).
New Customer Information Systems (seperate from the help points) are due to be installed at Warminster, Westbury and Trowbridge stations in August/September.
