Yep - spot on.  That was something I came up with too ... it's surprising how widely a usable service would pull traffic in and have side effects. 

Although we're talking a Swindon - Salisbury service, it'll benefit Frome - Swindon travellers too - I was in email correspondence with some of the folks who used to use the service prior to December 2006 ... and who now drive.   "Via Bath" - sometimes change at Westbury too - was just too much for them and they're no longer paying FGW any money ...
