The decision not to go ahead with the Edinburgh Airport Rail Link will stop the Capital attracting the big names of the business world, property experts said (link below.)

In a report for the Scottish Government, city council and Scottish Enterprise, DTZ said that, while the tram link will serve a "local market" with stops across the city and out to the airport, EARL would have served a "national and regional market".
