The complex in Donnington, next to an industrial development, is expected to be completed by December and will open early next year (link below.) http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/shropshire/7400359.stmOnce open, the terminal is expected to handle 750,000 tonnes of goods a year. Work on the final stage will start on 2 June. |

Advantage West Midlands said it had approved the final funding of £770,000 (link below.) http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/shropshire/7462502.stmOther money is coming from Telford and Wrekin Council and the European Regional Development Fund with English Partnerships involved in the development of sites next to the terminal. |
