Summer Start For Work On Trowbridge Waterside Development

The developer behind the £90 million waterside development in Trowbridge is set to start work in the summer (link below.)

Modus is working with West Wiltshire District Council and Wiltshire County Council to develop land opposite County Hall, which is owned by the two authorities.

The developer says it will begin preparatory work on site in mid-summer despite the uncertainty on the financial markets.

West Wiltshire District Council's planning department gave Modus permission to build the site last month.
