Melksham

Three trains each way are withdrawn, with the remaining two running north of Westbury only.

Morning train arrives into Swindon earlier at 0749, instead of 0818.
Evening train from Swindon runs later at 1842, instead of 1743

There's a positive spin on many of the pages that push the gains and ignore the losses. For example, the Swindon page doesn't mention the removal of the Southampon service that runs from there until 9th December - it just goes on about more regular Cheltenham trains, and changes in Reading stopping pattersn for a couple of rush hour services.
