Train v bus timings - Wiltshire
« on: October 28, 2006, 11:25:16 AM »

Many thanks for this diagram, reproduced with permission, showing journey times between Wiltshire towns and Bath by train and by bus.

To quote: "I used this in the Wiltshire Structure Plan Examination in Public in 2004 or 5. The panel came out against government office (GOSW) who tried recommended to those gathered the idea of converting local rail to bus"

You have a chance to meet the GOSW official at Trowbridge on 7th November, courtesy of the West Wilts Rail Users group - I've just had their publicity in the post and it says "all questions welcome".
