A view from Westbury

I came across this page when doing some research.

http://www.westbury-wilts-bypass.info/railways.html

It has been suggested to me in the past that the Westbury Bypass is nothing to do with me since I don't live in Westbury. That's something I would disagree with to some extent if I'm to subsidise the road, to live in a town that may be significantly effected by extra traffic generated and diverted from Bath, and to have 300k that would buy a proper train service poured into a budget (from the same authority / section) of many millions just to investigate it.
