The minister for regional development has said he hopes work on a new rapid transport system for Belfast will begin before he leaves office (link below.) http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/northern_ireland/7214701.stmConor Murphy was speaking in the west of the city on Monday night, after attending a meeting with local traders. They told him their businesses were suffering because of congestion and a lack of parking. Afterwards, the minister acknowledged that urgent action was needed on the project. |
