6.43 & 7.17 cancelled on 10/12/07

Good start to the new Timetable & week 6.43 cancelled I come back home and checking internet looks line 7.17 cancelled.

Why First Great Western have you cancelled both our early morning trains?

Its not fun waiting in the dark at an unmanned station.
Very poor show on your first day for new timetable.

It was pretty dire yesterday too ... with 2 out of the 3 trains over half an hour late (and I don't know about the third one so I'll give it the benefit of the doubt).

Since Saturday morning, we have had (or not had) ...

4 buses instead of trains
2 trains cancelled
2 trains over 30 minutes late
1 train that MIGHT have run on time ....

Looks like we might be surpassing even last January with 40% cancellations, but it's early days yet
