I had a copy of the Cam and Dursley connection bus timetable sent my way - and I'm posting a link to a copy just below.   Some notable features that we could learn so much from for a Melksham Gateway - Cam and Dursley station is far LESS central to teh places it serves, by the way, and has a far lower population around so if it works for "them", it darned well ought work for "us".

* Bus and trains run CLOCK FACE every hour as near as darn it
* Buses do SERVE the station (and don't pretent it's not there)
* Bus times CONNECT with train times
* Buses will WAIT for slightly delayed trains
* INTEGRATED timetable is published
* County Council has an integration policy and FINANCIALLY support the service
