Permanent Sunday services are being introduced on the Glasgow to Larkhall via Hamilton line , and the Glasgow to Stirling via Croy route (link below.)

Over the festive period extra trains and carriages will also run on a number of other routes.

First ScotRail said the hourly Sunday service on the Larkhall line was an attempt to build on the success of the first new branch line in Scotland for 25 years.
