The official report from the DfT site shows a map of roads and congestion hotspots - it zooms as follows:



Red - severly overloaded
Orange - overloaded or nearly so
Blue - not overloaded

Would you like to see that with some place names and the TransWilts on it?



Red - severly overloaded

Blue - not overloaded
Black - the "Transwilts" passenger railway line, just 2 trains a day in parts
