A group pressing for the enhancement of the northern corridor rail line is to travel to Stormont later for the launch of a report (link below.)

Members of seven councils will be at Parliament Buildings , representing the Northern Corridor Railway Group.

The event is the launch of the recently published Northern Corridor - Railway Renaissance Report.

Following the retention of the line and introduction of new trains on the route , the group is seeking a more definite future for the line within overall north-west development.
