High tech interactive points providing information on services and a new CCTV network to improve passenger safety will be installed.

A new waiting room and shopping area will be opened at Grimsby Station as well as a refurbished booking area.

The project is due to be completed at both stations by the end of October.

Funding for the overhaul has come from North East Lincolnshire Council and First TransPennine Express.
