Christian Wolmar Lecture In Aid Of The Railway Children‏
« on: September 17, 2007, 11:19:19 AM »

Message from CW :

I am giving a lecture at the Royal Geographical Society in South Kensington in aid of the Railway Children on November 1st. It will be an illustrated talk on the history of the railways, based on my new book Fire & Steam, and focussing on why we should love the railways more. Tickets cost just £15 when bought in advance, £20 at the door.

You can book by visiting the Railway Children website: http://www.railwaychildren.org.uk/article.asp?id=480

I would also be very grateful if you could kindly pass this on to friends and colleagues.

I do hope you can come.

Christian
