Network Rail is beginning a £75m programme to replace old signalling replaced and upgrade tracks at Tyseley.

Managers are warning the line will have close on some days to allow work to take place , but replacement bus services will be provided.

Bus services are in operation on Saturdays from 15 September to 27 October and on Sundays from 16 September to 2 December.

Buses are replacing trains and calling at advertised stations between Snow Hill and Dorridge and Snow Hill and Shirley.

A shuttle train service is operating between Shirley and Stratford.

The project should be completed by February 2008.
