Taking a trip on a steam train is all part of getting trainee guide dogs for the blind used to all the sights , sounds and experiences life may confront them and their owners with (link below.)

The trip on the train was organised by the Somerton Branch of Guide Dogs for the Blind for their puppy trainers and the pups in training.

Also , ESR founder David Shepherd is due to reopen the newly restored engine shed roof (link below.)
