More cancellations
« on: July 28, 2006, 06:39:03 PM »

Today was the announcement of the new timetables with just 2 trains a day each way from December.

The 17:02 is "no report" / probably cancelled again this evening, and the 18:09 cancelled.  That makes 4% of services cancelled every week through July ... and 10% of the peak service that they're sorta-retaining.

17:43 Swindon to Southampton due 19:44
18:34 Friday 28 July 2006
This train will be started from Westbury. It will no longer call at: Swindon, Chippenham, Melksham and Trowbridge.

Oops - sorry "revised" and not "cancelled"  Kiss

Performance in July has been worse than it was under Wessex Trains .... and yet First's MD tells us how much progress has been made in the first 100 days ...

I had a lift home from Bath, so I do not know if was cancelled, or how long they had to wait for a bus or Taxi.
