I've been letter writing and surfing too for much of today - some fascinating insights that will come out in due course and in other threads, but I found Wilts County Coundil - good on them -encouraging their staff to travel by public transport to work.  And of course the train is an excellent way to get to County Hall if you're visiting there for other reasons too.
