Cancellations - what cancellations?

As I sat here writing an email to a senior manager at First, I received an emailed performance bulletin from them that states "First Great Western expect to operate the full advertised service on all routes this morning."

Then when I checked the online departure board, it told me that the 05:52 and 06:56 were cancelled.  0 out of 2 running so far this morning.

Footnote - the email from FGW was timed at 05:47 - that's AFTER the first cancelled train was due to leave Westbury - and the email DOES routinely list relatively minor issues such as trains which are running with shorter formations than usual.
