New Cross Country Franchise

Anyone know when we are likely to find out who has been awarded the new cross country franchise?  I am guessing it might be soon as we learned of two new franchisees this week?

From the Virgin Trains web-site:

After assessing all submissions, the DfT will announce the company selected to operate the New Cross Country franchise in July 2007.
