22, 23 September - Netherhampton Beer Festival

I'm not entirely sure how we can make this trip from Melksham / Chippenham ... but I was chatting with the new Mayor of Salisbury and his wife today, and they mentioned the Netherhampton (Salisbury) beer festival in 22nd and 23rd September.

Link - last year's event

The train is (or rather should be) an excellent way to make this trip; a good day or eveing out in Salisbury followed by a ride home in the care of responsible ladies and gentlemen (and our good friends)  from ASLEF and the RMT.   Here's hoping that we CAN run such a trip next year!
