"Assessment of future capabilities to identify the specific measures that are needed if central government departments are to play their part in enabling the UK to meet the considerable challenges of the future. The Capability Review is carried out by the Capability Reviews Team in the Cabinet Office, with a team of external reviewers." (link below.)
