Network Rail's Credit Rating Based On Public Subsidy

Network Rail's 'triple-A' credit ratings rest on its status as a 'Company Limited by Guarantee' underwritten by letters of comfort from the UK Treasury , a review by Standard & Poor's credit rating agency confirms (link below.)
