Barker Presses Harris Over Proposed Kent Service Cuts

Gregory Barker has pressed Tom Harris not to axe local train services along the Hastings to Charing Cross line ahead of the introduction of new minimum service requirements for the train operator , SouthEastern , in 2009 (link below.)
