I lie... is this a co-incidence or have FGW actually read this?

The Live Update now reads:
19:46 Cheltenham Spa to Westbury due 21:35
This train has been cancelled.
Road transport will be provided between Cheltenham Spa, Gloucester, Stonehouse, Stroud, Kemble and Swindon. Passangers travelling to Melksham will be provided with further road transport from Chippenham.
Are they actually recognising Melksham now? Is this the start of FGW putting Melksham back on their map (properly) with a decent service?
~~
I also notice a LOT of London-Cheltenham trains and Taunton-Cheltenham trains starting/terminating at Gloucester. This is leaving Ashchurch and Worcester with not much of a FGW service as it were. Lack of rolling stock or crew methinks...
Interestingly the 1748 arrival at CHeltenham from Taunton has been cancelled (terminated at Bristol) but
will apparently run from Cheltenham back to Taunton at 1802... a ghost train is running this particular service then?
