From: TT06 < TT06@firstgroup.com> Subject: End of consultation acknowledgement. Date: 9 March 2006 15:54:27 GMT To: Graham Ellis < graham@wellho.net> I will be out of the office starting 08/03/2006 and will not return until 11/12/2006. Thank you for responding to the consultation on the proposed FGW weekday timetable, due to commence in December 2006. Regrettably the consultation period has now ended (8th March) and we are no longer able to accept feedback. We are now in the process of collating and analysing all comments and suggestions received during the month-long consultation period.

I received the same thing, but have also just received this:
Please accept our sincerest apologies for the email that you have recently received, stating that your comments have not been included in the consultation process. We would like to assure you that this was a system error and that your comments are still on file and are being logged for the consultation review.
We are genuinely sorry for any inconvenience and frustration caused by this error.
Kind Regards
FGW Timetable Consultation Team
