We are now in the process of collating and analysing all comments and suggestions received during the month-long consultation period. |

I received the same thing, but have also just received this:
Please accept our sincerest apologies for the email that you have recently received, stating that your comments have not been included in the consultation process. We would like to assure you that this was a system error and that your comments are still on file and are being logged for the consultation review.
