The letters show a continuning state of disarray / of changes made in the last 3 months which have resulted in not less problems but more - ranging from new ticket barriers that don't take season tickets and subject their users, on a daily basis, to being picked out for manual verification by FGW staff through to unreliability issues, hiked prices, and train services that don't go when and where they're needed, with staff being unaware of the routings and options.

To be fair to FGW, how often do we right a "Well Done" letter when a journey works out OK? The majority of their trains do run and on time (although the figure is way below the acceptable minimum) and (though not on the TransWilts, I'm afraid) there are some timings, I'm sure, which improved in December.
