My "regular" customers this week - (regular in that their employer sends us lots of delegates to be trained) arrived by train on the 19:08 last night.  A pleasant suprise, as it's been more regular for people to "railhead" so far this year with a lack of any trains at the normnal time they would wish to arrive.

But, beware, Mr Railway operator ... even these staunch customers have taken a serious look at using a minibus from London and if they do next time, you'll have lost not only the local revenue but also the long distance, high income revenue from the Paddington to Swindon / Chippenham let of their journey.
